small room unusable safe
the location was convenient for getting around (i did a lot of walking).
my room, a beautiful room, felt quite small for the price point. the safe malfunctioned and despite reporting it, it remained unusable throughout my three-night stay. the spa required advance notice to activate, but it never actually heated up despite my request.

Really good Service and Great Location!
friendly staff excellent reception wonderful experience
Guillaume at reception welcomed me and gave me great tips for the hotel. He also provided excellent tips for exploring the city. The staff was very friendly and competent! I had a wonderful spa experience!!!

misleading information unprofessional staff
The location was acceptable, close to international brands, as were the rooms.
The staff were unprofessional. They gave misleading information about prices and asked me to pay my bill twice, completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel.
